Fellowship Dates: July 21, 2025 – July 17, 2026 (approx.)
Role Description
The Fellow will work directly with the General Management and company managers of Mamma Mia! for 26 weeks, followed by 26 weeks on The Lost Boys.
Logistical duties will include rehearsal and theatre visits (some nights and weekends, working up to six days a week) and coordinating/executing hospitality and transportation needs for the company and creative team.
This fellowship term will be paid $1,000 per week, including overtime payable for hours over 40, two weeks of PTO, and sick leave as per New York State requirements. Bespoke Theatricals will provide day-to-day supervision, structured learning and mentorship, while BTC supports the Fellow with check-ins, HR guidance, and professional development workshops.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily/weekly reporting of box office sales and other ticketing reports.
- The processing and tracking of house seat orders and Tony Award voter seating.
- Covering shows with company management team.
- Participating in sales, promotions and press meetings.
- Assist company managers with onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain, track and file paperwork, receipts, storage and supplies.
- Assist company managers with weekly payroll, union reporting and insurance requirements.
- Assist with Opening Night events, theater seating and after-party.
- Other duties as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize
Proactive approach to problem-solving, asking questions, and seeking guidance when unsure of direction
Demonstrated passion for theater

The Fellow will gain backstage industry insight and full integration into a busy General Management office.
